Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.
Basic Municipal Service means a municipal service that is necessary to ensure an acceptable and reasonable quality of life and which, if not provided, would endanger public health or safety or the environment;

Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:
Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.
Special service district means the same as that term is defined in Section 17D-1-102.
Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.
Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
