Principal Securities Market definition

Principal Securities Market with reference to any Investment, means such securities market which in the opinion of the Trustee is the sole or principal securities market upon which such Investment is listed quoted or traded or in respect of which permission to deal is effective and the expression "securities market" shall include any over-the-counter market or recognised stock exchange.
Principal Securities Market means the New York Stock Exchange, Inc., the American Stock Exchange, Inc., or The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., or any successor thereto on which the Shares are then listed or traded.

  • If the Shares are not traded on a Principal Securities Market, the Fair Market Value shall be determined in good faith by the Board or the Committee.

  • The Fair Market Value on any given date of Shares subject to an Option shall be the last sales price (during regular trading hours) of the Shares as reported by the Principal Securities Market on the day immediately preceding the date as of which Fair Market Value is being determined, or on the next preceding date on which the Shares are traded if no Shares were traded on such immediately preceding day.

  • PJM Markets means the PJM Interchange Energy and capacity markets, including the RPM auctions, together with all bilateral or other wholesale electric power and energy transactions, capacity transactions, ancillary services transactions (including black start service), transmission transactions and any other market operated under the PJM Tariff or Operating Agreement within the PJM Region, wherein Market Participants may incur Obligations to PJMSettlement. PJM Market Rules:

  • Hague Securities Convention means the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities held with an Intermediary (concluded July 5, 2006).

  • London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;

  • The Stock Exchange means the London Stock Exchange Limited;

  • Portal Market means The Portal Market operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Recognized Stock Exchange means any stock exchange agreed upon by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties;
