Principal Investments definition

Principal Investments means the Class A Principal Investments and the Class B Principal Investments.
Principal Investments means, collectively, the Existing Investments and the Additional Investments for the time outstanding or, as the context so requires, an Existing Investment or an Additional Investment for the time being outstanding.

Special Purpose Investment Personnel shall occupy this status only with respect to those Securities as to which he or she obtains such contemporaneous information.

  • Authorized Investment means any type of instrument, security, participation or other property in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested, as described in Section 5(f) hereof and Appendix 4 hereto (and as such Appendix may be amended from time to time by written agreement of the parties).
