Principal Designer definition

Principal Designer means, where applicable, the designer appointed by the Client in projects involving more than one contractor, and to coordinate the pre-construction phase.
Principal Designer means the designer appointed under regulation 5(1)(a) to perform the specified duties in regulations 11 and 12;
Principal Designer means the person so named in the Brief or any other person appointed by IWM to perform the functions of Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations for the Project.

Principal Designer has the meaning given in the CDM Regulations;
