Principal Business Unit definition

Principal Business Unit means the Business conducted through offices in the United States of America.
Principal Business Unit means each of the divisions of USI set forth in Schedule IV hereto.
Principal Business Unit means a principal operating business of the Company. As of the date hereof, the Principal Business Units are the natural gas liquids business unit and the power generation business unit.

Related to Principal Business Unit

  • Principal Business means the primary activity as determined by analyzing the amount of capi- tal, labor, time, attention, and floor space devoted to each business activity and by analyz- ing the sources of net income and gross income. The name, appearance, and advertising of the entity may also be taken into consideration if they are given less weight.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Separate Business means each of the activities of the Licensee connected
