Priming definition

Priming means the filling of a pump with water and the action of starting the flow in a pump.

Second Priority Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.

  • First Lien Lenders means the “Lenders” under and as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Junior means any person in receipt of less than the adult wage.
