Prime Retail definition

Prime Retail means Prime Outlets Acquisition Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is the general partner and 99% limited partner of Prime Retail, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, with its office and principal place of business located at 217 East Redwood Street, 20th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
