Prime Rate Interest Payment Date definition

Prime Rate Interest Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.
Prime Rate Interest Payment Date means with respect to any Prime Rate Loan, the last day of each calendar month, commencing on August 31, 2010 and continuing thereafter until the Obligations have been irrevocably paid in full.

  • Payment Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Last Payment Date means the date for the last payment shown in the Registered Mortgage.
