Prime Outlets - Jeffersonville means the Outlet Center Assets and Business relating to or necessary for the operation of the Outlet Center located at 8000 Factory Shops Blvd., Jeffersonville, OH 43128.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.
