Executive understands and agrees that he may be required to travel and perform services for the Company at such other places within or outside the United States as the President may direct from time to time, however, Executive’s primary place of work shall remain the Primary Work Locations.
Animal Keepers shall be responsible for the duties of their Section and Primary Work Area (“PWA”) if applicable.
Animal Keeper assignments will be organized into five-day Primary Work Areas and two-day relief assignments whenever operationally feasible.
It is understood that Primary Work Areas provide continuity and consistency for Animal Keepers and animal care.

Such Training will as much as possible be arranged at or near the Employees’ Primary Work Location.
For purposes of entering any judgment upon an award rendered by the arbitrators, the Company and the Executive hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any or all of the following courts: (i) the United States District Court in or nearest to the city in which either the Primary Work Location is situated or the Company’s headquarters are located, or (ii) any other court having jurisdiction.

Employees whose Primary Work Location is remote from the site of any Training identified in the above list will be provided a travel time allowance in accordance with the table below to recognize a significant additional time required outside of normal working hours, over and above their normal commute time, to attend such Training.
