Primary Supply Contract definition

Primary Supply Contract means a contract for the supply of Primary Supply Coal entered into by and between Seller and a Primary Supplier for a specified period of five (5) years with the right, at the option of Seller in good faith consultation with PLN, to renew such contract for up to two (2) further periods of five (5) years each.
