Primary Point(s) of Delivery definition

Primary Point(s) of Delivery means the point of interconnection between the Pipeline and/or the BAMAGAS Lateral(s) and the facilities, for delivery of Natural Gas to the Decatur Energy Center as identified on Exhibit 3.

  • Transportation Service at and between Primary Point(s) of Receipt and Primary Point(s) of Delivery shall be on a firm basis.

  • Transporter agrees to provide Transportation Service and Deliver Gas to Shipper (or for Shipper's account) at the Primary Point(s) of Delivery identified in Exhibit A.

  • Pipeline shall not accept any proposed Primary Point(s) of Delivery or quantity at any Primary Point(s) of Delivery, or change in quantities among Primary Point(s) of Delivery if the resulting aggregate MDDOs at all of Customer's Primary Point(s) of Delivery would exceed Customer's MDTQ.

  • The priority for such new Primary Point(s) of Receipt or Primary Point(s) of Delivery shall be determined in accordance with this Article 3.

  • Subject to the provisions of (a) above, amendments to any firm Service Agreement or exhibit to add additional Primary Point(s) of Receipt or Primary Point(s) of Delivery pursuant to an applicable firm Toll Schedule will not be considered a new transaction for purposes of complying with this Article 3.

  • Avoid placement of the compressor in an area that is excessively hot, dusty, humid or contaminated with foreign gases such as ammonia or acid fumes.

  • Exhibit "B" may be superseded by a new Exhibit "B" to add or delete specific Primary Point(s) of Delivery or to make other changes thereto upon which the parties agree.

  • Secondary Points of Delivery are all Points of Delivery on HIOS' System other than Primary Points of Delivery as defined in subsection 6.8 of this Section 6.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, all interconnections (which, if they were Primary Point(s) of Delivery for Customer, would not result in an increase in the applicable maximum Reservation Charge) between the facilities of Pipeline and the facilities of other operators shall be available for use by Customer as Secondary Points of Delivery.

  • Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;

  • Voltage of Delivery means the voltage at which the Electricity generated by the Project is required to be delivered at 11 / 22 kV level substation of MSEDCL.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Time of Delivery shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(c).

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.

  • Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Greenhouse Gas means carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide,

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • State-certified production means a qualified production

  • Carbon dioxide equivalent or “CO2 equivalent” or “CO2e” means the number of metric tons of CO2 emissions with the same global warming potential as one metric ton of another greenhouse gas. Global warming potential values shall be determined consistent with the definition of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent in MRR section 95102(a).

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.
