  • The ICB must manage and make decisions in relation to any discretionary payments or discretionary support to be made to Primary Medical Services Providers in a consistent, open and transparent way.

  • The ICB may design and offer Local Incentive Schemes for Primary Medical Services Providers, sensitive to the differing needs of their particular communities.
