Primary Jobs definition

Primary Jobs means jobs created or retained by a business(es) that provides goods and services that are primarily exported out of the state, that gain market share from imports to state, or that meet an unmet need in the market area and result in the creation of new wealth.
Primary Jobs shall refer to a job that produces goods and/or services for customers that are predominantly outside the community of Lubbock, Texas.
Primary Jobs means jobs that produce products that are in excess of those that will be consumed with the boundaries of the State of Colorado and will be exported to other states and foreign countries in exchange for value.

Primary Jobs means are full-time year-round jobs created or retained by a business(es) that provide(s) goods and services that are primarily exported out of the state, that gain market share from imports to the state, increase the local and regional tax base, minimize economic leakage out of state, or that meet an unmet need in the market area and result in the creation of new wealth.
Primary Jobs means any employee on a forty (40) hour or more per week schedule or the combination of two (2) or more employees on part-time schedules equaling at least forty (40) hours and falling under the definition of primary jobs in Section 501.002(12) of the Act.
