Primary Confirmation definition
Primary Confirmation means each of the Confirmations evidencing the terms of an interest rate swap transaction relating to each of the Class A-2b Notes and the Class A-3b Notes between the Primary Swap Counterparty and the Trust, in effect on the Closing Date, which has been or will be entered into pursuant to the ISDA Master Agreement (including the Schedule thereto), dated as of the date hereof, between the Primary Swap Counterparty and the Trust.
Primary Confirmation means the (i) Confirmation of Primary Swap Transaction relating to the Class A-1 Notes, (ii) Confirmation of Primary Swap Transaction relating to the Class A-2b Notes and (iii) Confirmation of Primary Swap Transaction relating to the Class A-4 Notes, in each case, between the Primary Swap Counterparty and the Trust, which have been entered into pursuant to the ISDA Master Agreement (including the Schedule thereto), dated as of August 8, 2002, between the Primary Swap Counterparty and the Trust.
