More Definitions of Primary Building

Primary Building means a multi-family building containing 3, 4, 5 or 6 Units (as hereinafter defined), as shown on the Preliminary Development Plan.
Primary Building means the building in which the Premises are located and the parties acknowledge it is the only Building located within the Facility on the Commencement Date. The Primary Building (and Facility) on the Commencement Date is stipulated and agreed (but not warranted or represented under any particular measurement) to contain 487,550 square feet of leasable area, and the same is not subject to re-measurement or dispute by either party during the Term; provided, however, that if additional Buildings (or extensions or additions to the Primary Building) are constructed on the Land, then their leasable area shall be measured to contain the number of gross square feet as are contained in each enclosed floor of their structure, measuring from the exterior of the exterior walls (disregarding any inset glass or similar insets) to the center of the space without deduction for structural elements, columns or any other obstructions of any nature. If mezzanine areas are constructed in any Buildings (including the Primary Building) after the Commencement Date, then such added mezzanine areas will be disregarded for purposes of adding to the Facility gross leasable area and adjusting Tenant's Proportionate Share. Upon full completion of such additional or added Building area (but only upon full completion thereof), Tenant's Proportionate Share for purposes of this Lease shall be adjusted by adding the gross leasable square footage thereof, as conclusively measured and determined (as long as in good faith) by Landlord's independent architect using the foregoing measurement criteria, to the above stated square footage of the Buildings as and if previously adjusted pursuant to this clause.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Town that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Qualified building means a building built at least 30 years before the date of application, located within a designated downtown or, village center, or neighborhood development area, which, upon completion of the project supported by the tax credit, will be an income-producing building not used solely as a single-family residence. Churches and other buildings owned by religious organization may be qualified buildings, but in no event shall tax credits be used for religious worship.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;
