Priced Work definition

Priced Work means those items of Work not specified in any of the Contract Documents, either expressly or implied, but the performance of which by the Contractor has been negotiated by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Contractor and as further described in Section 111.3.2.

Examples of Priced Work in a sentence

  • Painting and graffiti removal are excluded from the Firm Fixed Priced Work, unless incidental to other Firm Fixed Price Work.

  • Clause 6.3.1 to 6.3.2 are collectively known as the “Transaction Limit” and we may at our sole and absolute discretion amend, vary and change the Transaction Limit or any other limits in respect of the e-Wallet as provided for from time to time.

  • If the Non Pre-Priced Work is anticipated to be a recurring item of Work under the Contract, the Authority may execute a Change Order to incorporate the pricing into the Schedule of Values as Pre- Priced Work.

  • All additional Work caused by the suspensions, if for reasons beyond the Contractor’s control, will be paid for as Pre- Priced Work when Contract Unit Prices exist, or as Non Pre-Priced Work when no Contract Unit Price exists.
