Price Notification definition

Price Notification means the Notification to be issued by State Government subsequent to the signing of the Agreement in respect of the levy, collection and appropriation of the Price and includes any such subsequent notifications, if any, issued from time to time to give effect to taxes.
Price Notification means the Notification to be issued by GNCTD subsequent to the signing of the Contract in respect of the levy, collection and appropriation of the Gross Charges and includes any such subsequent notifications issued from time to time to give effect to the provisions of this Contract.
