Price Discount definition

Price Discount means the additional amount above the Original Purchase Price that the City would have received, had it sold the Home at its Original Market Value, but chose to forego in order to make the Home affordable for the Owner. That amount is calculated by subtracting the Original Purchase Price from the Original Market Value.
