Price Determination Date definition

Price Determination Date means the date on which the Offer Price is fixed for the purposes of the Hong Kong Public Offering in accordance with Clause 2.5;

Price Determination Date means the date on which the Public Offer Price and the International Offer Price are fixed for the purposes of the Global Offering;

Price Determination Date means the date on which the Maximum Index Level or the Minimum Index Level (as the case may be) is determined by the Issuer;

Examples of Price Determination Date in a sentence

• On each Business Day from, and including, the relevant Auction Currency Fixing Date to, and including, the earlier of (i) the Auction Final Price Determination Date and (ii) the Auction Cancellation Date, the Administrators will determine whether an Auction Currency Rate can be determined for any Relevant Pairing in accordance with Section 2(a) of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.

• If “Auction Settlement” is specified as the Settlement Method in the Notes or, as the case may be, the Swap Agreement, and the Conditions to Settlement are satisfied as of the Auction Final Price Determination Date and in accordance with Section 12.1 the Fallback Settlement Method is not applicable, “ Final Price” shall mean the Applicable Auction Final Price.

• Subject to Section 10.2(a)(i)(III) (Effect of DC Resolutions), no Event Determination Date will occur with respect to an event, and any Event Determination Date previously determined with respect to an event shall be deemed not to have occurred, if, or to the extent that, prior to the Auction Final Price Determination Date, a Valuation Date or the Maturity Date, as applicable, a DC No Credit Event Announcement occurs with respect to such event.
