Price Books definition

Price Books mean Company’s current Price Book in effect for the applicable Deliverable being purchased by Customer.
Price Books means the Generic Price Book and the SITA Specific Price Book for the respective Contract Year. ‘Recipient’ has the meaning set forth in clause 11.1 of this Agreement. ‘Related Provisions’ means the Exclusivity Obligation, the Equant Non-Solicitation Obligation and the SITA Group Companies Non-Solicitation Obligation.   • Digital books means works that are generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as books.

  • Transferred Books and Records means all of Seller's customer or subscriber lists and records, accounts and billing records, plant and continuing property records, plans, blueprints, specifications, drawings, surveys, engineering reports, personnel records of Transferred Employees (where applicable), tariffs, orders or other material correspondence or records relating to regulation of the Business by any Governmental Authority, and all other documents, computer data and records, in each case relating primarily to the operation of the Business, except for the Retained Books and Records.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;

  • Stock Books means the books maintained by the Auction Agent setting forth at all times a current list, as determined by the Auction Agent, of Existing Holders of the AMPS.

  • Borrower’s Books are all Borrower’s books and records including ledgers, federal and state tax returns, records regarding Borrower’s assets or liabilities, the Collateral, business operations or financial condition, and all computer programs or storage or any equipment containing such information.

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Closing Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered included in Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Purchaser Financial Statements shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.8.1.
