Previous Locations definition

Previous Locations means any real properties that the Company or the Purchased Subsidiary have owned or leased at any time, but expressly excludes the Owned Real Properties, the Leased Real Properties, and the Excluded Assets.

  • Company has made available for review by Purchaser, true, correct and complete copies of all surveys, reports or deficiency notices concerning the Locations and the Previous Locations which are in the possession of Company and Purchased Subsidiary.
