Present Market Value definition

Present Market Value means, as of any time, the value of the Fund assets if those assets were liquidated or sold at such time.
Present Market Value the average of the daily closing sale price on NASDAQ of a share of the public common stock of Cadiz over the twenty (20) consecutive NASDAQ trading days ending five (5) Business Days prior to the Borrowers giving notice of prepayment pursuant to Section 2.3(b) hereof.”
