Present and voting definition

Present and voting or “present and vote” shall mean Members casting an affirmative or negative vote. Members who abstain from voting are considered as not voting.
Present and voting means the total number of members of the Student Senate present in the Senate Chambers at the time of the vote.
Present and voting means representatives of the Members present and casting an affirmative or negative vote.

Present and voting means, of those members participating in the meeting at which the voting occurs, being present at the time of voting and voting either in favour of, or against, the motion being voted upon. In determining the majority of those members present and voting, members who did not vote either for or against the motion shall not be counted;
