Prepetition Solicitation or “Solicitation” means any and all action taken by the Debtors and their Related Persons in connection with and furtherance of the solicitation of acceptances of this Joint Plan prior to the commencement of the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to, in furtherance of or otherwise authorized by Bankruptcy Code Section 1125(g).

  • Package Transaction means a transaction involving two or more instruments:

  • Solicitation Agent means Prime Clerk LLC, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Borrower Solicitation of Discounted Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by any Borrower Party of offers for, and the subsequent acceptance, if any, by a Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Loans at a discount to par pursuant to Section 2.05(1)(e)(D).
