Prepetition Liens definition

Prepetition Liens means the Liens and continuing pledges and security interests in the Prepetition Collateral granted by the Borrower to and/or for the benefit of the Prepetition Agent and Prepetition Lenders to secure the Prepetition Indebtedness.
Prepetition Liens shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1(b).
Prepetition Liens means the first priority liens and security interests granted to the Prepetition Agent for the benefit of the Prepetition Lenders by certain of the Prepetition Loan Documents to secure the Prepetition Obligations to the Prepetition Lenders.
