Prepetition Credit Facilities definition

Prepetition Credit Facilities means the credit facilities provided pursuant to the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

Prepetition Credit Facilities means the senior secured credit facilities outstanding under the Prepetition Credit Agreements.

References herein or in any other Loan Document to subsections of or Exhibits to the Prepetition Credit Facilities shall be references to the Credit Agreement identified in clause (i) above unless otherwise specified.
