On the Effective Date, the Debtor shall also pay in full in Cash all outstanding fees and expenses incurred by the Prepetition Collateral Agent to the extent due and owing under the Collateral Agency Agreement.

Nothing in this Interim Order vests or confers on any Person (as defined in the Bankruptcy Code), including any committee, standing or authority to pursue any cause of action belonging to the Debtors or their estates, including, without limitation, claims and defenses with respect to the Prepetition Indebtedness Documents or the liens of the Prepetition Collateral Agent on the Prepetition Collateral.
