Prepayment Lockout Period definition

Prepayment Lockout Period means for any Series, the period specified as such in the Series Supplement for such Series, or, if not so specified, the period ending on but excluding the second (2nd) anniversary of the Closing Date of such Series.
Prepayment Lockout Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to and including the Prepayment Lockout End Date.
Prepayment Lockout Period has the meaning set forth in the Summary of Loan Terms.
