Prepaid Fuel definition
Prepaid Fuel or “PPF” means The Owner will provide the Vehicle with a full tank of fuel and you will not be required to refill the tank upon return. You will not receive credit for fuel left in the tank at the time of return. It applies if You elect PPF, pay the applicable charge and PPF must be shown on Part A at the commencement of the rental.
Examples of Prepaid Fuel in a sentence
When concluding the Agreement, the Rentee may purchase the Prepaid Fuel service according to the Additional Fee Table, which excludes the requirement to return the Car with its tank full of fuel.
In the event that the Customer has purchased the Prepaid Fuel service, they may return the vehicle with any level of fuel; the fuel not consumed will not be reimbursed.
If You do not take the “prepaid fuel” option (where a Prepaid Fuel Option is available) and return the Vehicle without a full tank of fuel, a refuelling charge will apply which will include labour and time cost to refuel the Vehicle.
