Premium Rate Services (PRS) definition

Premium Rate Services (PRS) means premium rate services as defined in the Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Act 2010;
Premium Rate Services (PRS) means services that are used via Telecommunications services and are paid for through the telephone bill of a calling subscriber, and the rate of which is typically higher than the rate applied to calls to subscribers of Mobile Services and Fixed Services. Revenues from Premium Rate Services are typically shared between an Operator providing such services and a called subscriber/Content Provider (i.e. the subscriber/Content Provider to whom the respective number is assigned);
