Premium Rate Number definition

Premium Rate Number means a phone number where the cost of the call is greater than 13p per minute from a landline or 41p per minute from a mobile phone;
Premium Rate Number means a number with a prefix 09 designated for the provision of Premium Rate Services.

Premium Rate Number means a non-geographic number that is used to provide a premium rate service.
