Premium Payment Benefits definition

Premium Payment Benefits means the Premium Payment Benefits that are paid for on a pre-tax Salary Reduction basis as described in Section 6.1.
Premium Payment Benefits means the benefits of this Plan described in Article VI.

  • Eligibility for Premium Payment Benefits may also be subject to the additional requirements, if any, specified in the Medical Insurance Plan.

  • The maximum contribution that may be made under this Plan for a Participant is the total of the maximums that may be elected as Employer and Participant Contributions for Premium Payment Benefits, as described in Section 6.2. ARTICLE VI.

  • While the Employer has complete responsibility for the payment of Benefits out of its general assets (except for Premium Payment Benefits paid as provided in the applicable insurance policy), it may hire an unrelated third-party paying agent to make Benefit payments on its behalf.
