Second Premium Installment has the meaning set forth in Article IX hereof.
Examples of Second Premium Installment in a sentence
As premium for reinsurance coverage provided by this Contract, the Company shall pay an amount, shown as "Reinsurance Premium" for that excess layer in Schedule A attached hereto payable in installments, shown as the "First Premium Installment,", payable at the inception of this Contract, and the "Second Premium Installment," payable on May 31, 2021, for that excess layer in the Schedule A attached hereto.
