Premium Finance definition

Premium Finance shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals hereof.
Premium Finance means Central Premium Finance Company, a California corporation and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Borrower.
Premium Finance has the meaning set forth in the Preliminary Statements.
