Premises, property definition

Premises, property means all land, both public and private, within the corporate limits of the City, and all public land of the City outside the corporate limits of the City. Public land includes, but is not limited to, public streets, alleys and parks. (Ord. 2298, 1977; Ord. 1116)

Examples of Premises, property in a sentence

  • To make water, gas and wastewater service available to the Premises property on the same basis as it is made available to all business operating at the Airport.

  • Subject to technical feasibility and space availability, BellSouth will permit adjacent collocation arrangements (“Adjacent Arrangement”) on the Premises’ property where physical collocation space within the Premises is legitimately exhausted, where the Adjacent Arrangement does not interfere with access to existing or planned structures or facilities on the Premises property.

  • We do not represent, warrant, covenant that installation by PBB, You, or a third-party chosen by You will enable You to successfully access, operate, or use the Services, or that such installation will not cause damage to Your computer, data, software, phone, files, television, stereo, peripherals, Premises, property, or place of residence.

  • Notice of termination can also otherwise be given of not less than 60 days if the Premises (property) is sold and of not less than 90 days if the Premises are required for personal use.

  • Customer warrants or covenants that: (i) the Premises’ final grade will vary no more than six inches from the grade existing at the time of installation; and (ii) if applicable and required for proper installation, Premises property lines will be clearly marked before installation.

  • BellSouth will permit adjacent collocation arrangements (“Adjacent Arrangement”) on the Premises’ property where physical collocation space within the Premises is legitimately exhausted, subject to technical feasibility, where the Adjacent Arrangement does not interfere with access to existing or planned structures or facilities on the Premises property and where permitted by zoning and other applicable state and local regulations.

  • Customer represents that: (i) the Premises’ final grade will vary no more than 6 inches from the grade existing at the time of installation; and (ii) if applicable and required for proper installation, Premises property lines will be clearly marked before installation.

  • If we become aware of a security issue that may impact on you or the Premises, and we are unable to contact you to obtain instructions, we are authorised to take reasonable steps to protect the integrity, safety and security of the Premises, property and personnel, at your expense.

  • On or after the 8th day of such abandonment, Landlord may enter into, and take possession of, the Premises, property which may have been left at the Premises, and may re-rent the said Premises.

  • To the extent that there exists, on the Leased Premises, property included in or owned by said prior Lessees, said property may remain on the property to the extent permitted by the terms of the lease under which it was placed on the property.
