Premises Medical Payments definition

Premises Medical Payments means medical expenses, in excess of any “other insurance”, incurred because of Bodily Injury to someone other than an Insured under this policy caused by an accident during the policy period on an Insured's premises or as part of an Insured's operations regardless of fault that are incurred and reported within one year of the date of the accident.

  • Medical Payments only if a limit of liability for Premises Medical Payments is shown on the Declarations.

  • The limit of liability stated in the Declarations for “each person” is the limit for all medical expense for bodily injury to any person as the result of any one accident and the total paid in each accident for two or more persons shall not exceed the limit of liability stated for “each accident.” Payment of a claim under the Premises Medical Payments coverage does not constitute an admission of liability under the Personal Liability Coverage.

  • The most we will pay for medical and funeral expenses as provided under the Premises Medical Payments Coverage for any one accident are the applicable Premises Medical Payments limits shown on the Declarations Pages.

  • Renter’s liability coverage shall include all the coverage typically provided by the Commercial General Liability Enhancement Special Broad Form Endorsement, including, without limitation, broad form property damage coverage (which shall include coverage for completed operations) and Premises Medical Payments with a limit of not less than Two Thousand Five Dollars ($2,500).
