Preliminary Proposal or “Proposal” means an initial high level summary of the Services proposed to be provided by DataSync.. A Preliminary Proposal may provide initial Estimates of tasks, times and costs. A Preliminary Proposal signed by Client and accepted by DataSync together with this Master Services Agreement becomes a binding legal agreement between Client and DataSync. Preliminary Proposals replaced by one or more Project Solution Plans for one or more Projects are not binding on the Parties and are superseded by the PSP. (Last Revised on 06/01/16)
