Preliminary Proposal or “Proposal” means an initial high level summary of the Services proposed to be provided by DataSync.. A Preliminary Proposal may provide initial Estimates of tasks, times and costs. A Preliminary Proposal signed by Client and accepted by DataSync together with this Master Services Agreement becomes a binding legal agreement between Client and DataSync.
