Preliminary plat approval definition

Preliminary plat approval means the approval of the layout of a proposed subdivision as set forth in a preliminary plat but subject to the approval of the plat in final form in accordance with the provisions of this section.

Preliminary plat approval means approval, including satisfaction of any conditions of approval, of the preliminary plat pursuant to the Town Code, which approval identifies, among other things, the public improvements and any enhanced infrastructure to be constructed by the district that are necessary to serve the property within the subdivision boundaries.
