The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the DefinitiveInformation Statement to be filed with the Commission and mailed to the Company stockholders as promptly as reasonably practicable after receipt of a no review decision or any comments from the staff of the Commission on the Preliminary Information Statement.
