Preliminary Assessment Resolution definition

Preliminary Assessment Resolution means this Resolution which shall be the initial proceeding for the identification of the Solid Waste Cost for Fiscal Year 2019-20, for which Solid Waste Service Assessments shall be imposed and collected hereunder.
Preliminary Assessment Resolution means the resolution described in Section 2.08 hereof initiating the annual process for updating the Assessment Roll and directing the re- imposition of Fire Protection Assessments pursuant to an Annual Assessment Resolution.
Preliminary Assessment Resolution means the resolution described in this Article initiating the annual process for updating the Assessment Roll and directing the re-imposition of Road Paving Assessments pursuant to an Annual Assessment Resolution.

Preliminary Assessment Resolution means the Resolution described in Section 74-76 hereof, which sets forth the preliminary assessment rates for the upcoming fiscal year, establishing the public hearing, and other related matters.

  • Preliminary assessment means the first phase in the process of identifying areas of concern and determining whether contaminants are or were present at a site or have migrated or are migrating from a site, and shall include the initial search for and evaluation of, existing site specific operational and environmental information, both current and historic, to determine if further investigation concerning the documented, alleged, suspected or latent discharge of any contaminant is required. The evaluation of historic information shall be conducted from 1932 to the present, except that the department may require the search for and evaluation of additional information relating to ownership and use of the site prior to 1932 if such information is available through diligent inquiry of the public records.

  • Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.
