Preferred Warrant Shares definition

Preferred Warrant Shares means the shares of Series H Preferred Stock issuable upon exercise of the Preferred Warrants.
Preferred Warrant Shares means the number of shares of Preferred Stock issuable, on any date of determination, upon exercise of a Preferred Warrant.
