Preferred Vendor definition

Preferred Vendor means a Major Subcontractor who provides or arranges for the delivery of a substantial portion of a Covered Service(s) to the CONTRACTOR’s membership. Premium means an amount to be paid to the CONTRACTOR by a Member for a specified period of time for Covered Services. Prescription drug coverage means health insurance or plan that helps pay for prescription drugs and medications. Prescription drugs means drugs and medications that, by law, require a prescription.
Preferred Vendor means a Manufacturer that has been designated by Respondent as being eligible for favorable or preferential treatment by Respondent in connection with the sale, promotion, marketing, or purchase of the Manufacturer’s Pool Product(s).
