preferential tariff treatment means the rate of customs duties applicable to an originating good of the exporting Party in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 16; and
preferential tariff treatment means the rate of customs duty applicable to an originating good pursuant to the tariff elimination schedules in Annex 2-A (Tariff elimination schedules);
preferential tariff treatment means the customs duty rate, and the treatment under article 2.10.4 of the Agreement, that are applicable to an originating good pursuant to the Agreement.

preferential tariff treatment means the preferential customs duty rate and treatment available over the applied Most-Favoured-Nation customs duty to originating goods pursuant to the rules of origin;
