Prebate definition

Prebate means an amount paid in a lump sum to a Customer upfront at the beginning of any contract between such Customer and the relevant Unilever Affiliate for the purchase of Products, such amount representing the present value of future discounts in the price of the Products.

Related to Prebate

  • Rebate shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.4 of this Agreement;

  • Rebates means discounts granted to single Residential Properties valued from R1 and up to R500 000. Residential Sectional Title Properties, guesthouses, old age homes and hostels are excluded. Properties at a R0 value will only start to qualify for a Rebate from the time that it has been valued by the Valuations Department Rebates do not apply to Vacant Land and Non-Residential Properties.
