Preacquired definition

Preacquired means the Project Site or a portion of the Project Site has been acquired by the applicant through a voluntarily-negotiated transaction within one year prior to the application deadline or will be acquired by the applicant within 180 days after the application deadline. The use of condemnation or the threat of condemnation is not considered a voluntarily-negotiated transaction.

  • If a Match is required, it shall be delivered in an approved form as provided in Rule 9K-7.002(24), F.A.C. If the value of Pre-acquired land, as defined by Rule 9K-7.002(31), F.A.C., or donated land is the source of the Match, the ▇▇▇▇ shall determine the value of the Match.
