Pre-Petition Collateral definition

Pre-Petition Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the Pre-Petition Security Agreement.
Pre-Petition Collateral means, collectively, (i) all “Collateral” as such term is defined in the Existing Loan Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Petition Date, (ii) all “Collateral” as such term is defined in each of the Existing Guarantor Documents as in effect immediately prior to the Petition Date, and (iii) all other security for the Pre-Petition Obligations as provided in the Existing Guarantor Documents and Existing Financing Agreements immediately prior to the Petition Date.
Pre-Petition Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the Pre-Petition Credit Agreement.

  • Nothing herein shall (i) preclude the Bond Trustee from seeking any other relief that it may deem appropriate, including relief from the automatic stay; or (ii) prevent the Bond Trustee from asserting at some later time that its liens and security interests in Pre-Petition Collateral are not being adequately protected.

  • As a condition to the Debtors’ use of any Pre-Petition Collateral, the Debtors are required to, in the alternative, provide adequate protection to the Bond Trustee or obtain the Bond Trustee’s consent.

More Definitions of Pre-Petition Collateral

Pre-Petition Collateral means all collateral security for the Pre-Petition Obligations which was in existence as of the Petition Date and all proceeds thereof (including as such, accounts arising from the sale of inventory on which the Pre-Petition Agent had a Lien as of the Petition Date).
Pre-Petition Collateral means all "Collateral" as such term is defined in the Loan Agreement and all other security for the Pre-Petition Obligations as provided in the Existing Financing Agreements immediately prior to the Petition Date.
