Such license shall be exclusive (even as to CTI) in the Co-Promotion Territory and Royalty Bearing Territory with respect to the manufacture, use, sale and importation of Collaboration Products, except that CTI shall retain the right to conduct manufacturing, Pre-Marketing Activities, Commercialization and related activities to the extent specifically provided for in this Agreement.
