Pre-IPO Call Option Exercise Price definition

Pre-IPO Call Option Exercise Price means a price equal to 1% of the Company Equity Value.
Pre-IPO Call Option Exercise Price means a price equal to the Company Equity Value multiplied by the Total Interest (as defined in the Operating LLC Agreement) represented by the Covered Interests (expressed as a decimal).

  • Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

  • Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.

  • SAR Exercise Price means the per share exercise price of a SAR granted to a Grantee under Section 9 hereof.
