Pre-Existing Inventions definition

Pre-Existing Inventions means any and all inventions, discoveries, ideas, original works of authorship, developments, improvements, trade secrets and other proprietary information or intellectual property rights owned by Employee or in which Employee has an interest prior to, or separate from, Employee’s employment with the Company, including, without limitation, any such inventions that qualifies fully under the provisions of California Labor Code Section 2870, Del.Code tit. 19, § 805, N.C.Gen.Stat. §§ 66-57.1, and Utah Code § 34-39-3(1).
Pre-Existing Inventions means any and all inventions, developments, results, know-how and other Information, and all intellectual property relating thereto, made, created or invented by a Party, its employees or its agents, or otherwise Controlled by the Party, prior to the Effective Date.

Examples of Pre-Existing Inventions in a sentence

  • For patent applications with respect to Pre-Existing Inventions, copies of such applications and office actions shall be forwarded to CORPORATION who may consult with NYU with regard thereto.

  • Any patent applications relating to the Pre-Existing Inventions shall be filed, prosecuted and maintained by J▇▇▇▇▇▇, F▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Mugel, LLP or such other patent counsel selected by SAMSF and CORPORATION.

Pre-Existing Inventions shall have the meaning set out in the Recitals.
Pre-Existing Inventions means all Inventions conceived or reduced to practice by The Hope as of the Effective Date, including all Inventions embodied in the Pre-Existing Technology and any Inventions described in Schedule I.
